I live in Hawaii and use Starbucks french roast beans purchased at Costco. I love it but they are only good for a very few days and go stale fast.. Big disappointment at $20. a bag. I keep them in airtight container in a pantry. What can I do to maintain the wonderful flavor for a longer time?
